The course to actively strengthen your back muscles! Our certified trainers carry out varied exercises with you. We use different training devices. If the weather is good, the courses can take place in the green on our outdoor area.

Target:

  • Improvement of one's own body awareness in order to be able to better control and correct one's posture and movement
  • Reduction of risk factors of back pain

A varied workout in the water that trains the muscles in a targeted and effective manner while relieving and protecting the joints.

  • Improve cardiovascular function, respiratory function and endurance
  • Strengthen muscle strength
  • Increased mobility, balance and coordination

Costs: 12 € p.p., from 5 participants, max. 50 participants

 

An effective whole body workout, in which the focus is on the stomach, legs and buttocks for toning, strengthening and stretching the muscles.

Target:

  • Improvement of cardiovascular and respiratory functions as well as endurance and mobility
  • Strengthen muscle strength
  • Increase in coordination

A highly effective strength endurance training with the barbell in a group. By using the weights carefully, you can train individually.

Target:

  • Improve strength endurance
  • Muscle building

Duration: 45 minutes

Costs: € 15 p.p., up to 9 participants

 

 

All large muscle groups are intensively shaped, strengthened and stretched using various training devices.

Target:

  • Boosting metabolism and burning fat
  • Strengthen muscle endurance
