Products and suppliers

We work with suppliers and producers from the region. Thus, we avoid unnecessary delivery routes and support local companies.

Architecture

During the planning of our hotel we consciously paid attention to the preservation of old building fabric in order to save raw materials and to preserve a piece of Zeulenroda's history.

Environment

We take great care to be in harmony with nature. Our grounds are lined with litter and herb meadows, lawns and green roofs. Thuringia's largest wild rabbit warren right next to the hotel is maintained, as is our bee hotel.

We use biodegradable cleaning and washing agents, pay attention to the reduction of paper consumption and use "Blauer Engel" paper as well as office materials and printed products from sustainably produced raw materials. Our house has a direct connection to public transport, so you can leave your car at home.

Energy

Our own combined heat and power plant is used to generate heat and excess energy is fed back into the power grid. A complete changeover to LED lighting and e-vehicles also contribute to a large reduction in energy and raw materials.
