The finest baked goods, fresh from the oven directly onto your breakfast plate. We offer this specialty 7 days a week. Direct production in house without additional supplier routes and a selection that could not be better. A wide range of rolls and bread, pastries, traditional specialties to individually designed cakes leave nothing to be desired.

We source our raw materials from the region and from the certified organic company Gut Rosenkranz.

Butcher shop

Just like your favorite butcher, we present an exquisite selection of sausages, meats and roasts for our buffets.

Here it is important to us that, in addition to regional origin, almost complete utilization is guaranteed. Our employees regularly check the suppliers and ensure a high level of quality from the pasture to the final product. In addition to the enjoyment of the meat, the well-being of the animals as well as the partnership and cooperation in the homeland are of course in the foreground.
