Auf unserem Green Meetings Gelände am Biergarten stellen wir Ihnen alles für einen gemütlichen Grillabend zusammen. Abgestimmt auf die goldene Jahreszeit, stellt Ihnen unser Fleischermeister Peter Schreiber herbstliche Spezialitäten bereit. Neben der beliebten Seehotel-Roster wird es Kürbis-Bratwürste, Rote-Beete-Fleischkäse und Meerrettich-Buletten geben. Alles aus hauseigener Herstellung und natürlich in gewohnter Bio-Qualität.

Getränkestation, Feuerschale und vieles mehr können dazugebucht werden.

Hands-on Craftsmanship

Immerse yourself in the world of fermentation and experience a traditional craft up close.
Under expert guidance, you will prepare fresh sauerkraut together – step by step, using regional ingredients and gaining valuable insights into flavor, preservation, and health benefits.

A member of our kitchen team will accompany the group and demonstrate how white cabbage, carrots, and selected spices are transformed into a true delicacy through natural fermentation. Along the way, you will slice, shred, season, press, taste, and exchange ideas – a multi-sensory experience.

The workshop includes, among other things:

fresh white cabbage and carrots

classic and refined spices such as non-iodized salt, pepper, dill, caraway, ginger, and turmeric

traditional tools including slicers, bowls, and wooden presses

1.5-liter jars for your own homemade sauerkraut to take home

The program is rounded off with a handout providing a clear introduction to fermentation, along with selected recipes for further use at home.

This experience can be perfectly combined with additional culinary programs, such as “Secrets from the Bakery and Butchery” or “Cheese Making.”
